Requirements:

5 Years relevant experience of processing Indian Payrolls
Statutory Knowledge
Understand tax calculations
Ability to calculate Full and Final Settlement Calculations
Professional qualifications
APAC experience (preferred)
Knowledge of ADP
Benefits experiences / processes (PF forms etc) Experience of handling PF transfers essential
Modern approach to data management and control
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Understand financial aspects of payroll, GL’s, Balance accounts, works closely with Financial controller
Experience of Payroll Implementations i.e. experience of implementing new payroll software
Project Management skills
